Circa 1918: A Culinary Experience
Built in 1918 as a private residence by a local prominent merchant C. P. Ray. Over the years, it evolved into a restaurant and a wedding venue. In fact, the first wedding guest hosted was Jeff Foxworthy’s cousin. Tommy Lee Jones stayed at the property while filming the 1994’s Ty Cobb movie “Cobb” in neighboring town Royston. It has a rich history and has recently been brought back to life as a contemporary Southern restaurant, Circa 1918.
